Eika launches construction and sales of Mėlyni Vilkai project

As the project manager for Mėlyni Vilkai [Blue Wolves], UAB Eika is launching the construction works and sales of the first stage located at Skroblų g. 14. The project is to be developed in two stages, and the first one is planned to have two apartment buildings constructed by the last quarter of 2022. The project is the second investment of Eika Asset Management’s (EAM) Eika Residential Fund (ERF), with the project design being created by the architects at UAB Eventus Pro. Eleven million euros are to be allocated to the first stage, with combined project investment to reach 20.7 million euros.

During the first stage, two buildings will be constructed with 122 apartments and commercial premises. Both buildings will each have two segments of differing heights, one containing 5-6 floors and the other 6-7 floors. Future residents will be able to choose apartments ranging from 26 to 75 square metres in size, while businesses will be offered commercial premises nearer to the street on the first floors.

According to development director for Eika Martynas Žibūda, the project will cater to the rational and visionary urbanite who views the city’s conversion positively and understands its value. “This project is intended for an individual who cares about comfort, security and quality, someone who wants to live close to the city’s central locations,” says M. Žibūda.

In consideration of client convenience, security and high standards, the buildings will be designed to reach A++ energy efficiency class, and each apartment will have a balcony, while those on the first floors will have terraces. Some top floor residents will be able to enjoy panoramic views from their roof terraces, and residents will be able to park their cars in an underground parking lot, while the project’s territory will be fenced as well as being monitored by CCTV cameras. The internal yard is to feature children’s playgrounds, activity spaces for teenagers, and resting zones for other individuals.

Mėlyni Vilkai’s exclusive name and visual identity were specially developed for the project, which already has drawn the interest of potential residents. Mėlyni Vilkai represents unknown but promising territory, one that is chosen by astute and courageous visionaries, and those living here enjoy their discovery and guide others in terms of city-living. Mėlyni Vilkai is a place for the legends of today and tomorrow, and you are one of them.

Mėlyni Vilkai is the second residential project of ERF, which is managed by EAM. The fund is also developing a project on Šv. Stepono street, while all apartments in the fund’s first investment, the Antakalnio Panorama project, have already been sold. UAB Eika has been assigned as the project manager with the agreement of investors, and will be tasked with managing the construction works as well as sales.
