About us

Eika Asset Management (EAM) is an independent investment management company established in 2016 by EIKA Group, one of Lithuania’s leading real estate development companies. EAM is licensed and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), authorized to manage investment funds across the European Union and the European Economic Area.

EAM manages five diversified funds with over €180 million in assets under management. Its investment focus includes commercial, residential, co-living real estate, energy, infrastructure, and private equity secondaries. The company’s first fund, the Eika Residential Fund (ERF), launched in 2017 and successfully exited in 2024, delivered a net annual IRR of 31.37%, reflecting EAM’s disciplined investment strategies.

The team consists of 19 experienced professionals with deep expertise in development, construction, project management, transaction structuring, asset management, risk, and compliance. EIKA Group is a significant investor across all EAM-managed funds, ensuring alignment of interests and reinforcing confidence in the company’s investment approach.
